Anonymous Group Sessions

Anonymous group sessions:

Meet virtually once a week in game. Group sessions are 90-minute sessions with 6 members per group. The therapist will reach out to you to coordinate group times. Please fill out the intake form so that the therapist can determine the right group for you and get an idea of your mental health needs. While there is no maximum age limit to participate the minimum age accepted is 12.

  • These sessions are anonymous and completely confidential so no one will know your name or identity.

  • Flexible groups mean we can play the same game or talk while we game separately

Individual video game sessions:

Get a one-on-one session with the therapist while gaming. Depending on the client's needs sessions typically last about 50-60 minutes. The therapist will reach out to you after you have filled out the intake form to coordinate the date and time of the session. While there is no maximum age limit to participate the minimum age accepted is 12.

  • Enjoy a therapy session from the comfort of your home.

  • The therapist is a fully licensed clinician who is ready to help you overcome the challenges you are facing.


Weekly/Biweekly sessions

$60 per session (self-pay)

Hi! I'm Leah Denman I am the owner and founder of Level Up Therapy. I wanted to help people improve their mental health while engaging in something they enjoy. I took my knowledge of mental health and passion for gaming and merged them together. I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's in clinical mental health counseling. I have several years of experience helping clients improve their mental health. I am also an avid gamer and enjoy getting sucked into the immersive worlds. I want to use my expertise in mental health and my love of gaming to help others be the best versions of themselves!
